  1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, website use, digital delivery, and interactions with Startyn Superio SIA.
By accessing the Website or purchasing any digital product, you agree fully to these Terms.

 

  1. Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” – Startyn Superio SIA
“Customer”, “you”, “your” – any person or business purchasing our products
“Digital Product” – software licence keys, activation codes, downloads, subscriptions
“Website” – startynsuperio.io

 

  1. Use of Website

You may use our Website only for lawful purposes.
You must not attempt to:

  • bypass security systems
  • interfere with website functionality
  • misuse licence keys or digital content
  • access systems without proper authorisation

 

  1. Ordering & Payment

When placing an order, you agree that:

  • all provided information is accurate
  • you are authorised to use the chosen payment method
  • the transaction may undergo 3-D Secure or additional verification
  • once delivered, the digital product cannot be cancelled or refunded

Startyn Superio SIA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order with suspicious activity.

 

  1. Delivery of Digital Products

Delivery is electronic only and occurs by email or via your online account.
Delivery is complete once:

  • the email is sent from our systems
  • the download/licence screen appears
  • activation occurs via the software vendor

You agree that digital delivery fulfils the Company’s obligation to supply.

 

  1. Licence Key Usage

You must comply with the software vendor’s licence terms.
You must not:

  • resell licence keys
  • distribute activation codes publicly
  • activate software for third parties outside your organisation
  • attempt fraudulent activation or duplication of licences

Violation of vendor terms may result in licence suspension without compensation.

 

  1. No Refund Policy

All digital licences are non-refundable once delivered, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

This applies regardless of:

  • activation status
  • accidental purchase
  • incompatibility with your hardware/software
  • internal misuse by your employees
  • change in business needs
  • alleged “non-receipt” when delivery logs confirm otherwise

 

  1. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

If a Customer disputes a legitimate transaction, Startyn Superio SIA may submit evidence including:

  • delivery logs
  • activation logs from the vendor
  • email communication history
  • account access records
  • 3-D Secure authentication data

False fraud reports or chargeback abuse may result in:

  • denial of service
  • legal recovery of costs
  • reporting to relevant authorities
  • pre-arbitration or arbitration escalation under card schemes

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for:

  • software bugs of third-party vendors
  • system incompatibility
  • data loss
  • business interruption
  • indirect or consequential losses

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

 

  1. Privacy

We process Customer data according to EU GDPR and Latvian data protection legislation.
Data is used only for order fulfilment, fraud prevention, and support purposes.

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and applicable EU regulations.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by Latvian courts.
